Returns & Refund Policy
Most Veken products are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery through Amazon’s Online Returns Center. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
When you return an item, you’ll choose your preferred refund method in Amazon’s Online Returns Center. Once the item reaches the carrier, it can take up to two weeks to reach Amazon’s Returns Center. After that, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
